General Shipping & Delivery Policies

Delivery timescales

We understand the importance of receiving your goods in a secure and timely manner and we do our best to ship goods out in the fastest way possible. All national orders that you place before 1 p.m., Monday – Friday will be shipped out same day for all items in stock and delivered within 2-3 working days* using our standard delivery service. Please allow approx 3-6* working days for delivery of international orders. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately, and do our best to accommodate you.

*Delivery times can vary depending on delivery country and region. Please note that Columbus Europe can not be held liable for any shipment delays or lost parcels caused by the courier companies.

Delivery tracking

Tracking reference numbers will be added to your order as soon as goods have been dispatched. If you can't see a tracking number please email us and we will track it down for you.

Back orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Damaged goods

If your product arrives damaged as a result of transit, please contact us immediately with pictures if possible.
