Delivery Times
In-stock items are usually dispatched on the same business day for orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon, depending on the selected payment method and receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For orders paid by bank transfer, dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
Pick-up of orders on site is not possible.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination country and current DHL capacity. For deliveries outside the EU, customs clearance may result in additional delays.
Availability Indicators
Delivery times shown in product descriptions refer to items in stock. For orders containing multiple items with different delivery times, we ship in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the item with the longest lead time applies to the entire order.

Calculating the Delivery Date
For orders paid by bank transfer, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank. For all other payment methods, the period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. The period ends at the expiry of its last day. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall apply instead.
