Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped with DHL. In-stock items are usually dispatched on the same business day for orders placed on business days before 12:00 noon, subject to the selected payment method and receipt of payment.
Delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 business days. International deliveries usually take approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the destination country.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders paid by bank transfer, dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.

The rates above apply for payment by bank transfer. Cash on delivery (COD) is available for deliveries within Germany only. The shipping charge for COD is 9.90 €. In addition, DHL / Deutsche Post charges a COD handling fee of 2.00 €, payable directly to the delivery driver.
VAT Information
For orders delivered within the EU to private customers, the shipping charges shown include the applicable VAT rate of the destination country.
For orders delivered outside the EU, shipping charges are generally invoiced without VAT.
For business customers within the EU who provide a valid VAT ID, orders may be invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism, subject to successful VAT ID validation.
Customs & Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may be charged by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including your DHL tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Backorders
If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may ship the available items first. The remaining items will be dispatched as soon as they are back in stock. No additional shipping charges will apply for the subsequent shipment.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If possible, please include photos of the damage.
