Very good GPS - fast to fix, compact with a good autonomy.
Miss a mode I used to have on a locosys GT31 GPS and very fun: record speed (min/max/avg) - eg to test your perf when skying, biking,...
I've suggested that mode to support.
I also have developed script to automatically convert V1000 GPS format to Google earth kml format in batch (both tracks and POI, waypoints)
