Delivery Times
Delivery times refer to items in stock. If items are not in stock, the delivery time will be extended by the lead time stated in the product description.
If you order multiple items from us as part of one order that have different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment shall be the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

| 1–3 business days (item in stock) | The item is in stock in our warehouse and can be delivered within 1–3 business days. |
| 3–4 business days | The item can be delivered within 3–4 business days. |
| 1 week | The item will be back in stock and available for delivery within 1 week. |
| 2 weeks | The item will be back in stock and available for delivery within 2 weeks. |
| Available soon | The item is currently not available. The delivery date, if not specified, is currently unknown. |
| Pre-order now | The item is not available. You can pre-order the item and we will deliver it as soon as it becomes available. |
| Not deliverable | The item is no longer available for delivery. |
Note: Pick-up of orders and goods on site is not possible.
Information on calculating the delivery date
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank; for other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday generally recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.
